Contractor FAQs

How are the leads generated — where do they come from?

All leads are generated through paid advertising campaigns we run on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google. We target homeowners based on location, property age, household income, and energy-related behaviour. Every lead is generated fresh — we do not recycle, resell, or purchase leads from third-party databases. When a homeowner fills out our form or calls our number, that is the beginning of the process.

Are leads exclusive? Or will they be sent to multiple contractors?

All leads are exclusive to your coverage area. We only partner with one contractor per defined territory, which means if you cover a particular metro area or set of zip codes, no other contractor in our network receives leads from that area. This is a core part of our model — shared leads convert at a fraction of the rate, and we're not interested in delivering poor results.

What happens if I receive a lead that isn't a genuine prospect?

We have a credit and replacement policy. If a lead we deliver turns out to have incorrect contact details, is clearly out of your service area, or does not meet the qualification criteria we agreed on, you can flag it within 24 hours and we will replace it. We take lead quality seriously — our business only works if your business is getting value from the partnership.

How quickly do leads start coming in after I join?

Once your onboarding is complete and your coverage area is confirmed, our team sets up your campaigns typically within 3–5 business days. From there, leads usually begin flowing within the first week. The volume builds over 2–4 weeks as the ad algorithms optimize for your area. Some high-population markets produce results faster.

Do I need my own CRM or special software to receive leads?

No. Leads are delivered to you by SMS and email in real time. If you prefer, we can also integrate with your existing CRM, or set one up for you as part of your onboarding. For Booked Appointment partners, we connect directly with your calendar tool (Google Calendar, Outlook, or similar) to place confirmed bookings without any manual work on your end.

Is there a lock-in contract or minimum commitment period?

We work on a rolling arrangement with no long lock-in contracts. We ask for a short initial period to allow the campaigns to reach full performance, as ad campaigns typically need 3–4 weeks to optimise. After that, you have the flexibility to scale your volume up or down based on your current capacity. We'd rather have a partner who is fully engaged than one who is overcommitted.

What areas do you currently cover, and how do I know if my market is available?

We operate across all 50 states and can run campaigns in virtually any market in the United States. Whether your area is available depends on whether we already have a partner covering those zip codes at capacity. The quickest way to check is to submit an application — we'll confirm availability in your territory within one business day.

How is pricing structured? Is it per lead, per appointment, or a monthly fee?

Pricing is per lead or per appointment depending on which tier you choose, and it is discussed during your onboarding call. We don't publish flat rates publicly because pricing varies based on your service area, population density, lead volume, and tier selection. What we can tell you is that there are no hidden management fees on top of your per-lead rate — what we agree on is what you pay.
